(1) Any process using toxic, irritating or flammable substances should be carried out in a separate plant, such as household appliance coating equipment, or arranged in a specially separated area within the plant, and equipped with personal protective equipment and fire-fighting equipment.

(2) Passageways in workshops should be equipped with facilities to eliminate drafts and prevent the spread of fire, such as automatic fire doors, fire and smoke dampers, water curtains, etc.

(3) When it is necessary to safely reach the work station above the equipment, a skybridge with guardrails and stairs should be installed. The factory floor and skybridge passage should be paved with non-slip surfaces.

(4) There should be no equipment, objects or wires stacked on the pedestrian walkway, and the width of the walkway should not be less than 1m.

(5) When the assembly line is moving above the work area, a protective net must be laid below to prevent objects from falling.

(6) Excess paint and waste paint should be isolated and stored in a dedicated paint warehouse.

Environmental measures

(1) Appropriate masks and gas masks must be worn during work, and good ventilation measures must be in place.

(2) In areas where solvent volatilization is relatively large, gas collection devices must be installed to prevent the spread of toxic gases.
