Structural Components


  • Tunnel Furnace Body: It is usually made of metal sheets, possessing good sealing and heat insulation properties to reduce heat loss. The interior of the furnace body is divided into a tunnel-shaped space, and materials are moved through the tunnel by a conveying device.

  • Infrared Heating System: This is the core part of the tunnel furnace, consisting of multiple infrared heating elements, such as infrared lamps and infrared heating panels. These heating elements are distributed on the top and both sides of the tunnel furnace in a certain arrangement so as to uniformly radiate infrared rays to the materials.

  • Conveying Device: It is used to transport materials through the tunnel furnace. Common conveying methods include mesh belt conveying, chain conveying, and roller conveying. The speed of the conveying device can be adjusted according to the process requirements to ensure that the materials are fully heated inside the furnace.

Working Principle


The working principle of the infrared tunnel furnace is based on the thermal effect of infrared rays. Infrared rays are electromagnetic waves with strong penetrating ability and thermal effect. When infrared rays irradiate the surface of materials, a part of the infrared rays are absorbed by the materials and converted into heat energy, which intensifies the molecular movement of the materials, thus achieving the purpose of heating.
