The production process includes manual loading, manual dust removal, robot spraying, paint curing, paint UV treatment, cooling and manual unloading. This production line is equipped with environmental protection equipment and two explosion-proof Yaskawa robots. The total length of the double-speed conveyor line is 60 meters, and it is equipped with a lifting and transfer mechanism, ensuring that the workpiece conveyance process is very stable and reliable.
