This is a glue rapid curing and drying line installed in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The technological process is as follows: manual glue dipping - manual material feeding - automatic door opening and closing - baking at 150 °C for 30 minutes - cooling - transplanting to the roller line for discharging. The temperature control is precise, with the temperature range from room temperature (RT) to 150 °C. It saves space and manpower. After repeated tests, the yield rate of the products has reached 95%.
